Four Generations of Experience

During the 1930s, William Boles would appraise properties for the local bank. In the 1950s, his son, Louis Boles would drive down to the general store and find out what property had been sold and for how much. He also locally appraised property.

His son, William (Bill) Boles started doing appraisals in the early 1980s and has seen the industry change dramatically. Retiring in 2016, he completed thousands of appraisals over a span of 35 years.

Brandi (Boles) Wallace, his daughter, entered the family appraisal business with her father in 2003. She completes numerous appraisals each year and owns the family business with her husband, Bryan Wallace.

For many years, the Boles family has been in the appraisal business in this area. Four generations later, we are continuing to provide quality appraisals to our clients.
